Corrections Policy
We work hard to keep GetMePromo accurate, but coupons, prices and store policies change quickly and mistakes can happen. This Corrections Policy explains how we handle errors and how you can help us fix them.
Our commitment to accuracy
We aim for every offer, price, discount and factual claim to be correct at the time it is published or last updated. When something is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it — quickly and transparently.
What we correct
- Expired, invalid or misleading coupon codes and deals.
- Incorrect prices, discount amounts or savings figures.
- Out-of-date store policies (for example price-match or return terms).
- Factual errors, broken links, or wrong product/store information in our guides and articles.
How to report an error
If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us:
- Use the "didn't work" feedback on any coupon that has expired or failed.
- Contact us with the page URL and a short description of the issue.
The more detail you share (the store, the code, what happened), the faster we can verify and fix it.
How we handle corrections
- Review. Every report is reviewed by our team. We confirm the issue against the retailer or source.
- Fix. Genuine errors are corrected promptly — a wrong or expired code is updated, relabelled or removed; inaccurate content is edited.
- Freshness. Corrected pages reflect their updated status so you always see current information.
Transparency
For significant factual corrections to editorial articles, we update the content and, where helpful, note that a change was made. We do not silently leave known errors in place.
