Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

GetMePromo may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers.
